including computer art and multimedia art. Digital art is itself
placed under the larger umbrella term new media art.

and social attitudes, and has varied over time and place. Fashion
designers work in a number of ways in designing clothing and
accessories such as bracelets and necklaces.

Studio art, also called fine art, is traditionally defined as art
that is enjoyed visually, such as photographs, paintings, prints,
drawings, sculptures or ceramics. Earning a studio arts degree hones
your creative skills and allows you to create artwork with the goal
of selling it to galleries, museums or individuals.
graphic design
Graphic design is the process of visual communication and
problem-solving through the use of typography, photography,
iconography and illustration. The field is considered a subset of
visual communication and communication design, but sometimes the
term "graphic design" is used synonymously.
interior design
Interior designers make indoor spaces functional, safe, and
beautiful by determining space requirements and selecting essential
and decorative items, such as colors, lighting, and materials. They
must be able to draw, read, and edit blueprints.
visual arts
The visual arts are art forms such as painting, drawing,
printmaking, sculpture, ceramics, photography, video, filmmaking,
design, crafts, and architecture. Many artistic disciplines such as
performing arts, conceptual art, textile arts also involve aspects
of visual arts as well as arts of other types.
